Harry dreamed of curling into Sirius’ warmth and closing his eyes as an arm settled around his shoulder. He dreamed of feeling safe, protected by the love he knows Sirius feels for him. He dreamed of cuddling close, tangling himself around Sirius sinewy form, and allowing himself to relax into the heat that radiates through a drowsy afterglow. Harry stirs and words slip from Sirius' lips that are pressed tightly to his forehead.

”Bad… dream?”

Harry shook his head and smiled as he felt Sirius’ lips move against his skin. “No.” Harry whispered against Sirius’ throat, falling back into sleep and sighing, “A good one.”
