Halloween Blues [Oct. 25th, 2009|08:31 pm] sweetmelodykiss Title: Halloween Blues Author: sweetmelodykiss Pairing: Severus/Remus Rating: PG Summary: Humor: Remus leaves Severus unattended to hand out the Halloween candy. Warnings: None Word Count: 229 Disclaimer: I do not own these characters. Written for lupin_snape's 1 Week Challenge: Costumes Severus Snape had no idea how he'd been coerced into giving out candy to muggle children in the non-magical neighborhood that he and Remus had settled in. By the time nine o'clock arrived, Severus was ready to kill the idiot werewolf. The costumes, if nothing else, had frayed Severus' nerves more than anything had. He'd handed out candy to twenty six Harry Potters, twenty three Ron Weasleys, nineteen Hermione Grangers, Seventeen Severus Snapes, fifteen Draco Malfoys, fourteen Dumbledores, eleven Voldemorts, six Minerva McGonagalls, and four Remus Lupins. When the final Remus Lupin rang the doorbell, a flustered former Potions Master glared at him and promptly slammed the door in his face. Remus chuckled and tucked his costume under one arm as he dug the house keys out of his pocket. He had promised to help supervise the community centre Halloween party, and that meant leaving his disagreeable lover here to pass out candy to the children all on his own, Remus walked into the hallway still laughing when he shouted, "What no candy for me, Severus?" Remus ducked his head just in time, as the bowl of treats suddenly came flying toward him. "I guess that was a no. Does that mean I'm sleeping on the sofa again?" "Expelliarmus!" Severus shouted.
